After a morning’s exhibiting, speaking, catching talks and networking on the Web Summit floor, you’re going to want to hit Food Summit.

Food Summit with Good Food Ireland is a street festival-like celebration of the best of Irish food. 

Top-quality chefs from Ireland’s premium restaurants and hotels and the country’s finest food producers come together in Herbert Park, Dublin for our festival of food. 

We’ll also be welcoming vendors like Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Adare Farm Hog Roast, Kinara Restaurant and Michie Sushi.

Food Summit with Good Food Ireland runs from November 3-5 from 11.30am – 15.00pm. To join us, just pick up a token for €20 – that will get you meal that includes a main course and drink. If you are attending over the course of the three days you can also avail of a discounted rate of €50 for three tokens.

You can buy food tokens using cash or debit/credit card in four main locations:

  • Main Hall Complex (Town Square)
  • Simmonscourt in the foyer area (Village Green)
  • Registration Area
  • Entrance to Food Summit in Herbert Park

Country Choice, Co Tipperary


These guys will sort you out with a grilled, grass-fed Irish steak sandwich with sea salt and rosemary, caramelised onion, homemade BBQ sauce and local Tipperary leaves.

Jane Russell’s Original Irish Handmade Sausages, Co Kildare

Ananda Restaurant, Dublin
