3 days. 4 stages. The battle to be crowned 2015’s best startup is on.

How does the competition work?

PITCH, sponsored by AUDI, has two tracks – ALPHA for companies with less than $500,000 raised and BETA for those with less than $3 million raised.

These startups will pitch in front of the world’s leading investors, media and entrepreneurs, with the best going through to compete in the final on Web Summit Centre Stage.

Who’s judging?

Our finalists will come face-to-face with an incredible panel of judges made up of investors, journalists and established entrepreneurs.

Jamie Heaslip – Professional rugby player

Gemma Morris – Presenter – Sky News

Other judges include presenter, writer and gadget columnist Olly Maan, along with Christine Herron of Intel Capital and Boris Meiners, head of brand development at AUDI, sponsors of PITCH.

How can you get involved in the judging?

We’re running a public vote during the group rounds of PITCH ALPHA and PITCH BETA. That means you can vote for your favourite pitch. How? Just mention the twitter handle of the company you think has the best pitch along with #AudiPITCH. The company that receives the most votes in each track will be chosen to qualify for the semi-final.

PITCH Day 1 – Tuesday, November 3

The group rounds start at 9.15am and finish up at 5pm. Catch them on three dedicated stages – Stages 1 and 2 in Town Square, and Stage 3 in Village Green.

PITCH Day 2 – Wednesday, November 4

Group rounds continue on Tuesday from 9.15am. This leads into the BETA semi-finals at 2pm. The second BETA semi-final will kick off at 3.30pm at Stage 3. ALPHA semifinals will start at 2:30pm on PITCH Stages 1 & 2.

PITCH Final – Thursday, November 5

2.20pm – time to make your way to Centre Stage. The two winners will then be announced at 3.55pm.
