Another exciting week for some of the speakers coming to The Summit Dublin in November. They’re changing the world day in day out, and here are some of the major stories and landmarks achieved by them over the past week.
It was a great week for Matthew Prince and Cloudflare as they announced the acquisition of Cryptoseal, a Trusted Computing and Virtual Reality network. They also announced that Cryptoseal founder Ryan Lackey will be joining Cloudflare as product manager.
If you have a quick browse through Michael Fertik’s Twitter stream you will see the word ‘Femtomanagement’ appearing quite a lot. What is it? A unique new recruitment strategy which Michael took to Al Jazeera to explain.

Some exciting news came out of MindCandy this week, as the Michael Acton Smith founded company announced their latest development – Moshling Rescue! launching on IOS and Facebook. The team also released an awesome infographic charting the seriously impressive evolution of the Match 3 Game.
The movement to bring healthier food to everyone knows no bounds for Josh Tetrick & Hampton Creek. During the week they were named in CNBC’s Disruptor 50 List – and Josh paid a visit to ‘Mad Money’ to talk to Jim Cramer about their progress.
Rarely a week goes by without an excellent, in-depth tech piece from Jemima Kiss. This week she took to explaining the background that saw Google buy Deepmind – this piece is most definitely worth a read.

Noam Bardin and Waze updated their navigation app with new features, including the option to share a specific location with friends at the click of a button.
Jessica Lessin of The Information was on CNBC to talk about the new Amazon Firephone
Lew Cirne and New Relic introduced their newest feature this week – The New Relic Mobile Hub.
Ted Livingston & Kik have been quick out of the blocks, already revealing a custom built Kik platform for the Amazon Firephone.
