The NASDAQ Bell is back for Web Summit

Only 14 days to go….. Get your Web Summit ticket here, prices double on Friday.

Two weeks until Web Summit, and today we are delighted to announce that the NASDAQ Opening Bell is returning to Dublin on Tuesday November 4th.

An Taoiseach Enda Kenny, Paddy Cosgrave & a host of others will take to main stage to ring the bell and open the stock market.

Not just in Dublin, the bell will be heard and seen around the world – notably in New York on the NASDAQ MarketSite Tower where it will be displayed live, and also on NASDAQ’s iconic digital sign in the heart of Times Square, oh and also on the NASDAQ studio wall within MarketSite.

The bell was rung at Web Summit last year, and what better time to take a trip down memory lane and get us excited for 2 weeks when we do it all again.

Last year was the first time the NASDAQ Stock Market has been opened from Ireland. Typically, bell ceremonies are hosted at the NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square and remote opening and closing bell ceremonies are extremely rare. Previous bell ringers from the world of tech include Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg and Steve Jobs.

500+ speakers, 20,000 attendees, 1 unique experience. Get your Web Summit ticket here.
