Introducing Web Summit for Schools

Are you a secondary school student looking to come to Web Summit? Web Summit for Schools could be for you – Find out more here.

Who said school can’t be fun and games? This year Web Summit is bringing together a group of Irish secondary school students for a special Web Summit experience – Web Summit for Schools. What is it I hear you ask?

Well, put simply, Web Summit for Schools will close out the first day of our event, and its where we provide students with a first-hand experience of Web Summit, giving them a chance to learn from some of the brightest people in tech.

It all takes place on Tuesday, November 4th from 7pm-9pm, and students and their guardians will attend a free evening of exciting talks from some of the world’s leading entrepreneurs, engineers, executives, investors, media and more. All of our speakers will be women, as this event is also about inspiring Ireland’s next generation of female leaders and innovators.

Any school across the island of Ireland can get involved, so how do you apply? Easy – your school can apply through this form, and remember: places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so make sure you get your application in early. We wouldn’t want to see you disappointed.
