How to get a ticket for life to Web Summit, for free

Refer a friend for a job on our team, if they get hired, you get a free ticket for life. We’re hiring for over 100 positions.

As of today at 12 noon Irish time, 39,892 people from 145 countries have booked their tickets for our 2016 conferences: Web Summit, Collision, RISE and SURGE. It will easily pass 100,000 by the end of the year.

When we organised our first conference, Web Summit, just over 5 years ago from our couch, 400 folks showed up. We’d never organised a tech conference before, but we’d been to many, and we knew something different was possible.

We’ve stuck to that different approach ever since and this year over 100,000 technology CEOs, CTOs, CMOs, artists, musicians, sports stars, curious souls and many more will attend our gatherings in New Orleans, Hong Kong, Lisbon and around the world.

It’s been an incredible journey so far, and our attendees say incredible things, but we’re only getting started. There’s so much more our growing team can do and that’s where you come in.

While we’re building tech conferences all over the world, we’ve stuck to our hometown roots. From a tiny bootstrapped startup to a much larger bootstrapped startup, Dublin remains our home. 73 people joined our team in Dublin last year, in many instances relocating  from around the world to join us.

We’ll hire more than 100 people in 2016 across engineering, data science, attendee success, design, production, partnerships and more. And this is where you come in.

You and Your Network:

We love hiring incredible people from all over the world. And when someone refers someone we hire, we love to show our gratitude. So if you refer someone we hire, we’ll give you a free ticket for life to Web Summit.

Simply drop an email to Patrick Kelly at  and cc the incredible person you are recommending. You’ll find some of our roles on Jobvite.
If no one comes to mind don’t worry, hopefully we’ll see you at Collision in New Orleans in late April, if not there then at RISE or Web Summit.
