Announcing another surf legend for Surf Summit: Meet Pauline Ado

Finish off Web Summit on a high with Surf Summit.

Surf Summit is only 23 days away and it’s gearing up to be a great weekend. We’ve already announced that the woman who set up Iran’s first surf school will be there, as will the man who holds the Guinness World Record for the largest wave ever surfed. Now it’s time to announce another stellar speaker: Pauline Ado.

Pauline is a surfing legend. At just 15 she won the first World Title for France in winning the ISA World Games. In 2008 she put European women’s surfing on the map by winning the ASP World Junior Title. 2011 saw her qualifying as the first ever European woman for a second year in the ASP World Tour.

Pauline finished number 9 in the world in 2011 and 2013. This year she secured her surfing-legend status by winning her 4th World Surf League European title.

This November, Pauline will be joining us at Surf Summit in Sligo. We can’t wait.
