We hit a big milestone at the weekend, getting our 500th confirmed speaker on to our speakers page. Today we’re delighted to share the latest 200 speakers, yes that’s right, 200. From Enterprise, to Builders, Sport, to Film – these are the most incredible people in their industries, and they are coming to speak at Web Summit. We cant preview all 500, but what we can do is give you a quick sample of what to expect in Dublin in 21 days time:

Justin Kan – Serial Entreprenuer, Partner at Y Combinator

As track records go Justin’s is one of the best. Founder of Kiko and Justin.tv, as well as 3 companies that were acquired for big money: Socialcam – acquired by Autodesk for $60m in 2012, Twitch – acquired by Amazon for $970m in 2014, and Exec – acquired by Handybook in 2014. That’s not all – Justin is also a partner at the seed fund Y Combinator.

Julia Hartz – President & Co-Founder, Eventbrite

Focused on in-house strategy and growth, Julia is responsible for building, evolving, and sustaining Eventbrite’s growing team of 450+ “Britelings” and award-winning company culture. Before co-founding Eventbrite, Julia worked as a television development executive at MTV and FX Networks. Here is Julia discussing entrepreneurship and building Eventbrite from the ground up:

Adam Richman – Man vs Food

After earning a master’s degree in Fine Art from Yale University’s School of Drama, Adam traveled the United States acting in many regional theaters. The nature of his work allowed him to feed his appetite for the best local dishes across America – all of which found their way into his food journal. In 2008, Adam began hosting “Man v Food” for the Travel Channel, which quickly became their highest-rated show. With “Man v Food Nation” and “Adam Richman’s Best Sandwich in America”, Adam not only hosted but co-Executive Produced both shows.

His show on the Travel Channel, “Fandemonium”, premiered July 2013. His most recent show “Food Fighters”, a new food competition show, premiered in 2014 on NBC.

Tanya Cordrey – The Guardian Chief Digital Officer

Tanya Cordrey is Chief Digital Officer at Guardian News & Media, heading up the organisation’s 150-strong product, engineering and data and analytics teams. Under her leadership, the Guardian has developed an unparalleled run of award-winning, innovative digital products and grown its global audience to 84 million unique browsers per month. In August 2013, she led the Guardian’s successful global domain change, unifying all its digital assets at www.theguardian.com – one of the world’s largest ever domain changes.

Nick Halstead – Datasift, Founder

Nick is the Founder of DataSift Inc., the leading real-time social data platform. Over the past seven years, Nick has been a foremost technical visionary on the power of Social Data and how Social is integrated into business. He also created TweetMeme the worlds first platform delivering curated news based upon social signals, it quick grew an audience of millions and also spawned the incredibly successful Retweet button which helped kick start the content sharing economy.

Mikkel Savne – Founder & CEO, Zendesk

Mikkel is Founder & CEO of Zendesk – A Dane-turned-San Franciscan, Mikkel moved the company from Copenhagen to San Francisco in 2009. He keeps Zendesk’s Danish design roots at the center of the product while growing the number of people using it to hundreds of millions worldwide.

Dick Glover – President & CEO, Funny or Die

Funny Or Die launched in April 2007 and has become an award-wining top destination for comedy on the web. The site has over 35 million unique users per month, over 60 million video views per month, and has grown into a vertically integrated 21st century digital studio that produces high quality content over numerous platforms, operating a social media and marketing division with over 8.4 million Twitter followers, approximately 9.7 million Facebook fans (#1 Comedy Brand on both Twitter and Facebook), and devoted followers on numerous social networking and sharing sites. Funny Or Die has become the “place to be seen” for comedic celebrities, and the obvious destination for a daily comedy fix. Funny Or Die’s founders are Gary Sanchez Productions (Will Ferrell, Adam McKay and Chris Henchy), Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and Michael Kvamme. Judd Apatow is also a principal partner in Funny Or Die.

Nilofer Merchant – Serial Entrepreneur

Nilofer Merchant has personally launched more than 100 products, netting $18B in sales. She’s worked for major companies like Apple and Autodesk, and startups in the early, early days of the Web (Golive/ later bought by Adobe). Over the years, many blue chip brands have turned to her for advice. Logitech, Symantec, HP, Yahoo, VMWare, and many others have sought her guidance to develop new product strategies, enter new markets, defend against competitors, and optimize revenues.

And, Merchant is one of the few people who can say they’ve fought a competitive battle against Microsoft and won, for Symantec’s Anti-Virus $2.1B annual business. Her market expertise in European, and US markets.
